3. Advantages

3.1Good structure designThe unit is designed to be installed universally. It is not needed to make a distinction between left and right hand installation when it is to be adjacent installed.

3.2 Dual cooling sourceEach unit is equipped with both mechanical cooling system and free cooling system as standard. The fresh air free cooling is designed to be the primary source of cooling.

3.3 Anti corrosionAll unit framework is provided with corrosion protection treatment. If necessary, the treatment for sea air environment can be supplied as optional.

3.4 High sensible heat ratioThe Sensible heat ratio of all the units are high than 0.8,some of them is higher than 0.9.

3.5 Wide working rangeThe unit can work at minimum -22F, maximum 125.6F ambient temperature continuously and reliably.

3.6 High capacity air filterWhen the pressure drop of the filter reached 250Pa end resistance, the unit air flow will not be low than 90% of air flow at standard condition.

3.7 High torque and low leakage air damperThe time for opening and closing the damper is less than 90 seconds.The Air Leakage across dampers is less than 5% by volume of the air normally passing through the unit when a reverse pressure of 125 Pa is applied to the damper

3.8 Easy maintenancethere is necessary clearance between components; every component can be easily dismantled from the unit.

3.9 Smaller dimensionsthe unit has a smaller dimension because of compact optimized structure design. Its volume is the smallest among the products with similar performance.

3.10 Clear labelLabels in accordance with relative standards are applied for the unit inside or outside, including: indicating labels, safety labels, running label, maintenance label etc.

3.11 Fully automatic controlthe unit is equipped with a full automatic control system, All the control and protection and alarm is automatic with auto restart after a power failure.

3.12 Auto changeover of working modeThe unit automatically selects the working mode: mechanic cooling or free cooling according to the temperature of indoor side and outdoor side. In the event of either electrical or mechanical failure affecting the refrigeration system, the unit will be capable of automatic reversion to the fresh air cooling mode.

3.13 Random restart when power recoveredAfter a power failure, when the power is recovered, the unit will restarts automatically with a random time delay between 1 to 60 seconds to avoid many equipments started at the same time.

3.14 AUTOMATIC SELF-DIAGNOSISAll the components connected to microprocessor are continuously tested. In case of malfunction, the failure is shown on the display with information accordingly.

3.15 Attend mode functionWhen service people is working inside the air conditioned room, he can simply press 2 buttons on the controller interface, then the control temperature of the air conditioner will be set as 71.6F (settable) automatically. Half an hour later (settable), the control temperature of air conditioner will return to original set point.

3.16 4 levels password protectionThere are 4 levels password protection for the control system, which is:Read only, Read/write, Maintenance & commissioning, OEM

3.17 Voltage protection there is a voltage relay for protection. When the supply voltage is over permitted range, the unit will be stopped.For 3 phase unit, if there is phase unbalance or phase absence, the unit will also be stopped for protection.

3.18 2 type alarmsthere are a lot of alarms for the complete protection to the unit, which is divided into 2 types as “Prompt alarm” and “Deferred alarm”.

3.19 Prompt alarms when these alarms happen, the controller will stop related components or stop the unit accordingly.

3.20 Deferred alarmwhen these alarms happen, the controller will not send an alarm at once and will send the alarm after a deferred time. Besides, these alarms are indicative, the unit will not stop works.

3.21 Night storage coolingthe customer can enable or disable the control function according to actual situation.

3.22 Humidity limitationthe control function can be enabled or disabled on site.

3.23 Automatic maintenance testA maintenance test facility is provided to enable an engineer to press/select one button that will activate a self-test routine.

3.24 Running data loggingThe controller has a memory of 1M for data logging.If the interval of data logging is less than 5 minutes, the controller can store at least 48 hours working data.
